Happy New Year – I hope you all had a great festive break.
2016 is set to be an extremely busy and exciting year for Cycling around the country and especially within our region. It’s an Olympic year so lots of themed activities are in the planning, we also have a start of the Tour De Yorkshire, the Road Race Championships, a round of the Youth Omnium and a round of the Cyclo Cross Championships to name just a few – in addition to all of our business as usual stuff (Go-Ride Conference, Club Support visits, Go-Ride Racing, Schools Programme, Holiday Activities, Rider Development sessions, new sessions at MSV and Coach Education)! So if there is anything happening at your clubs which you would like the Go-Ride team to support with please let me know early so we can get it in the Calendar!
A couple of updates in relation to courses that your membership might like to get involved in?
Go-Ride Conference takes place next month, on Saturday 27th February. Any Go-Ride clubs who haven’t yet booked their places can do here https://www.britishcycling.org.uk/events/course/details/2232
