MOTIONS
If any club or BC member wishes to invite the regional board to include any item on the agenda full details of the item must be submitted to the regional secretary by email no later than 12 noon on Sunday 16th August 2015. The regional board reserves the right not to include any such item on the agenda.
NOMINATIONS FOR NATIONAL COUNCIL
All nominations for appointment as national councillor must be submitted to the regional secretary by email by 12 noon on Sunday 16th August 2015.
BOARD MEMBERS
Any member who wishes to be nominated for appointment to the regional board must send an expression of interest on the pro forma on the regional web site www.britishcyclingnortheast.org.uk to the regional secretary by email at secretary@britishcyclingnortheast.org.uk or by post to Aidan McDermott 4 Shotley Lodge, Shotley Bridge, DH8 0TZ, by 12 noon on Sunday 16th August 2015.
Nominations will not be accepted for any post from the floor of the meeting.
The regional board is keen to see a good mix of people on the regional board so as to have representation from a wide range of cycling interests, a better balance between male and female members and all sections of the community.
