Youth Coaching - Trip Away - Willington BMX Track
There is no coaching at all at Gallagher Park this Saturday as it's our usual '5th week trip' away and this time it's to Willington bmx track.
The bmx track is located near Crook in County Durham, the nearest postcode is DL15 0JA and is approximately 1 hours drive from Gallagher Park.
The track is used by NE BMX however there are no plans to meet with them as they don't use the track often and as such this will not be a coached session and there will be no gate starts.
Basically we'll be going there to allow our riders to practice at a different venue which is unfamiliar to them to develop their skills and understanding of bmx techniques. All the usual safety equipment will be required to take part.
PLEASE NOTE...as the track is open to the public all participants do so at their own risk however parents/helpers will be on hand to ensure all riding on the track is done as safely as possible.
We will be meeting at Willington bmx track for a 10am start and will ride until 12 noon (all times are approximates) As the track is open to the public you can arrive earlier and stay longer if you wish. There is a leisure centre next to the track which will be open for facilities and snacks however a packed lunch and especially your own hydration are recommended.
